Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21, 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. Born in Worthington Ohio, she dropped out of high school to move into Los Angeles with her mother following her divorce from her parents. She was struggling to make ends meet and was offered her first role in acting in Rachel's Room's lead character. After earning a Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance as Murder In Greenwich of 15 year aged Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to win. Grace Rutherford was the lead actress on Lost for its first two seasons. In 2004, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award with all the cast. Grace quit the show in 2005 to focus on a more significant role in film, appearing opposite Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken. In 2007, she appeared on screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club and, opposite Liam Neeson's Kim Mills as Kim Mills for Taken. The actress reprised her character for Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a contemporary adaptation of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace was Shannon on the finale episode, as well as two additional episodes. In 2013 she appears in the sixth season of Californication. She is Faith as a girl who acts as a muse to the stars, and draws the attention to Hank Moody (David Duchovny). The drama about psychological issues won the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. The Lost Daughter was also nominated for the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
