Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Since her teenage years she is a part of popular music as well as flamenco. Her music also strays into other genres like hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela has described her vocals as sweet, sharp but also possessing a bit of bite. El Mal Querer is her second album that was released in 2018, which has been a commercial and critical success. Following Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, was awarded a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami was a collaboration with numerous artists such as Cory Henry, James Blake and many others. In March 2022 the set began to be released in conjunction with Saturday Night Live's performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia has become the only Spanish artist to perform alone on the popular program. Motomami the album by Rosalia that won three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to have won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
